FAQ

Questions guests ask us

How many guests can stay in one villa?
Each villa sleeps up to 8 guests in 3 bedrooms (two doubles and one twin) with 3 bathrooms. Our rates cover up to 6 guests; the 7th and 8th guest are +€30 per night each.
Can we book all three villas for a large group?
Yes. The three villas stand side by side, so large families and groups of up to 24 can stay together while each party keeps its own pool and privacy.
Why should I book direct instead of Booking.com or Airbnb?
When you book with us directly there is no platform service fee or commission, you speak with the owners, and we can tailor arrangements to your group.
What is not included in the nightly rate?
The municipal city tax and the cleaning fee are not included. We confirm the exact total in writing before you book.
How far is the villa from the airport and the beaches?
About 7 km from Corfu Airport (around 10 minutes by car) and about 9 minutes from Corfu port. Corfu Old Town, Aqualand and the east-coast beaches are a short drive away.
Do we need a car?
We recommend one to explore the island. Every villa has private parking, and we can help you rent a car at the airport.
Is there a minimum stay?
Over Christmas and New Year (24 Dec – 10 Jan) the minimum stay is 7 nights. For other dates, just ask.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed at Castelia Luxury Villas.
Is the pool treated with chlorine?
Our pools use an electrolysis disinfection system, which keeps the water clear without harsh chemicals.
Are the pools heated?
No, the pools are not heated. The water temperature follows the season, so it is cooler in spring and late autumn.
How do we use the gas barbecue?
