Our story

From farmland to three villas

The complex takes its name from “Castelia”, the name our beloved grandfather used for this area. After careful planning, with respect for the Corfiot environment, we turned the old farm into three villas with pools, ready for the most demanding guest.

1983
Our grandfather bequeaths the plot, then a working farm, to the family.
2021
The idea of turning Castelia into holiday villas is born, and planning begins.
2022
Construction starts, with traditional craftsmanship as a non-negotiable condition.
2024
Villa Pisti, Villa Agapi and Villa Elpida open to their first guests, and our first season is a success.
2025
A full and successful second season, welcoming families and groups from across Europe and beyond.
2026
Our third season, with more guests booking direct and many returning to Castelia.
